Tuesday PM and things are beginning to turn.

Sun has been shining and we have a wee quiet spot to ourselves as we want peace and quiet.

Breakfast was beans and scambled egg , etc, Later in the day i eventaully met with the GM of the hotel, however he, like Mrs. B's ex boss worked on the principal of not setting prescendts ??? which is not always the way to go. Had a restful afternoon , apart from the day barman who has a major behavioural problem - But when Francisco came on all was sorted.

Evening meal, was a bit crappy crappy, but we asked the Chef for something different so Mrs b got a superb omellette and i had a nice wee bit of beefsteak - sorted.

Quite a few folks in the building not happy, but as the boss said , yo ony get what you pay for !! Perfectly correct, but with a little effort by the staff the experience here could be much better - in fact a great deal better.

Internet in hotel is rubbish so iI have had to visit the cafe Neptuno across the road where the staff are lovely.

The picture is of the statue at the harbour somewhere below the hotel, easy to get to downhll, but coming bach - perhaps i need an overnight bag.
