Home in one piece, with no problems at all. after a long sit at the hotel we were collected by a taxi and taken to the airport which was only about 10 / 15 minutes away. Airport is ultra modern, new shops, automatic passport readers, etc, lovely - we were checked in within ten minutes and had plenty time for a cuppa and to watch planes landing , etc, from the open terrace.
Our plane was 20 minutes late in arriving from the UK, but was turned round very quickly and we were only 15 mins late in leaving - then better than that the pilot made up on the way north and even landed 30 mins early - so he must have had a really strong tail wind.
By the time we collected out suitcase, RGB was pulling up with the motor so we had no wait and it was home and straight to bed.
Of course , as we reached the house, the heavans opened and the St Swithen's curse struck again with a whopping great heavy downpour.

And of course, after a cramp free week, we both suffered last night - so was it the long sit or was ot the lack of tonic ?
Plenty of work to do now to catch up.
