Coming to terms with the peace and quiet, or is it the G& T

Now completing our 2nd day away and coming to terms with the hotel, etc.  Actually quite nice as we took a quick sojourn into the main resort which is nearby, on the wee mini train.  I nearly had kittens, it was Benidorm, Blackpool, Arenal, San Antonia, , etc all rolled into one -  6.7 km of sweltering concrete, 24 hr shops, bars, with some lovely hotels in between.   We had a brief walk which convinced me that I had actually chosen the better  hotel for us,  "far from the maddening crowds"  so  Mrs.B is content, quiet hotel, prices are Ok, enough shops nearby, and I even made it into the sea as the pool was far too cold,.

Updates to follow ,   so far the Ruskies and Germans  have been no bother, and we found a wee coffee shop with lovely pasties
