Shaking and moving

Dry and cool outside - that's here in the East, doubless I will run into rain on the way south - (day 35).

Restless night but that was with a head full of action packed Tv before bed- but no cramps.

Should really have mentioned the fact that yesterday was the 40th Anniversary of the Apollo Moon landings, remarkable feat in those days, considering that the military can no longer get serviceable helicopters up into the air!!.

However - leaving for Glasgow to meet Fraser , then down to Runcorn, so here's hoping for a quiet run - Glasgopw should be a bit quieter as it is thie start of their annual " Glasgow Fair" holidays. This being the case, the great Pole Dancer - Archie, and troops should have made it home from the sun !!
