Chilling in the thaw.

Saturday, peace and quiet to watch the TV as Mrs B has headed off on a "Hen night" with Curly Carly and her friends into town.
Managed to see Strictly Come Dancing, at least it is no longer a farce with the demise of Ann Whittingham - and the X- Factor is turning out to be a good professional show as we near the finals.

Had an entertaining !! session in the ERI on Thursday, breath test and a shot on the magic bike - which have proved once again that my problems were not in my head as had been suggested by an overworked GP.
Good business meeting afterwards with more work to fit in before I go on my forthcoming enforced sojourn.

Home and with the big thaw on I joined the queue at the Council yard and managed to get rid of my recycling etc,

Really disappointed again to see the disgraceful scenes as the students and their militant friends ran riot in London - I watched one group of masked "eejits"unsuccessfully attempting to string together a sentence for the benefit of a TV camera !!! Failed miserably - if they have the strength of their conviction there is no need to hide behind masks - just stand up and say your piece.
The unprovoked attack on HRH Prince Charles and Camilla was appalling - had that occurred in other parts of the world there would have been gunfire - as it is it just emphasis how vulnerable our Royalty are as they attempt to lead a semi normal life - but it looks as though those days are now past.

Friday, did an early to give the lads a long lie then headed off for a chill out session at Amatyllis - a good massage in peace and quiet, just what the Dr ordered. Later ended up in the Standing Order where the Pole Dancer was back on duty, many congratulations again following the birth of hi new daughter, now named Marlie.

Chilling out now, cleared loads more snow from the back lane so at least we can all get down there again- time to rest.
