Royal Mail - First , Second or non existent class.

With the inception of E mails, fewer and fewer people are using Royal Mail more commonly known as "snails mail", and with the constantly price rises, which seem to mirror the increases in petrol / oil costs, who can blame them. My current tirade relates to two letters I am now waiting on, posted in Wales, one on 27th April and the other last week, both First Class and so far neither have arrived which is causing me some grief. Big question now, is "What point is there in having two levels of mailing when the system is no longer efficient ?"

However , back to the Edinburgh tram saga - no further progress, and with the resounding win by the SNP party at the last election if Alex Salmond has his way the whole thing is likely to be kicked into touch. The local Councillors in Edinburgh will be starting to sweat now, just wait for the next round of local elections.

Good documentary on the death of Osama Bin Laden, just a pity that the do gooders are up and shouting instead of saying nothing and accepting that one of the world's leading terrorist is dead.
The UK sends Pakistan £300 million, add that to the $2billion sent by the USA - looks like many people are now asking why we are sending this money when it could be better used, either in the respective homelands or in some other more appreciative part of the World. We are probably spending more on benefits to immigrants already in the UK !!!!
Just have to wait and see what Al Quaeda dreams up next in retaliation.
