As you will see from these photographs our treasure hunt sort of led us round the town and through several of the local "watering holes" - Harry's Bar

, with its musicians ; Le Di Vin , a superb French establishment;


The Oxford bar, regular "howf" of Ian rankine, author of the "Rebus" detective novels;
and Dirty Dicks in Rose Street, which is absolutely facinating and contains an amazing collection of brik a brak.
