Glencoe, a challange on your doorstep

Having very recently written about Sparky Mark and his expedition to Nepal and the Everest Base Camp, I discovered that I had also downloaded a number of photos he had taken in an earlier trip this year to Glencoe ( Scotland). As you can see there was an abundance of snow, plenty sunshine, and remarkable views. It should be pointed out that the Scottish mountains can be as treacherous as any in the world, and as beautiful - so why travel when we have it on our doorstep, and you do not even have to use Easyjet or the rip off company, Ryanair to get there.
