A fine way to spend your Sunday morning, and five thousand runners agreed as they took part in Edinburgh's first Rock and Roll Half marathon around the city.RGB, Scott and Alistair joined the throng and managed to get round the thirteen and a half miles in under two hours thirty minutes - well done.
There were bands sited at every mile marker and if you wished, (as in the USA) you could stop for a bit of a dance, etc, however our trio plodded on valiantly.
