Had my rub down and walk to get over Andy Murray's fabulous Gold medal win against Roger Federar - didn't he do well - what a great game with Andy really hyped up and played impeccably.
Bit annoyed with the negativity of some of the commentators - and dare I say it - but "up yours" to the Swiss fans who earlier suggested that the gold was safely in a Swiss bank.
In the meantime Ben Ainslie scraped through with the narrowest of margins to win his fourth Gold medal to make him the top most British sailor of all time - well done. His colleagues picked up another Silver, and back in the gymnastic stadium our lads were pipped for the Gold on the pommel horse but got both the Silver and Bronze - brilliant.
And - the day is still young.
