Olympic games, I need my own physio at home

Going to have to get myself a rubber ring - dual function ,  firstly in case the rains do not stop and I get into the sink or swim situation, and also for my behooky which is still tender from the two weeks in hospital and then all this Olympic exercise.
Hard to believe that the weather tables have turned , up North the highlands and Islands are now reporting low water levels in their reservoirs following a long dry spell and good weather.

Olympics have been very good,  just a bit annoyed at all the hype which puts extra pressure on our athletes and even on the spectators, who get a dizzy also.   Michael Phelps finally did it to become the greatest swimmer ever - what a remarkable young man.
Shame about the various allegations now being made, the USA team who were suggesting that the young Chinese girl had been taking substances - not true,  and now the complaint that the badminton players have not been trying hard enough in order to lose in the group games and get a better draw.
Big contrast between Andy Murray's  1 hr 01 min, tennis match and Wilfred Tonga's marathon third set to 24 - 22, with his game taking 3 hr 57 min.
Thought the lady's hockey team were awesome, bit wild !!, but great entertainment.
So today, more rowing, cycling , swimming, enough to keep me occupied.
