IPA visit by Faroe Island police to Edinburgh

Been a busy week but I did manage to get into the Mercat Bar, Haymarket, last night where the pictured group, all members of the IPA  (International Police Association) which was made up of forty plus officers and friends from the Faroe Islands and joined by members of the Edinburgh Branch.  The group arrived yesterday and are in the City for the weekend , taking advantage of the fact that beer is a third of the price they pay at home.
They had a Scottish  themed dinner, with traditional haggis neeps and tatties, cullen skink, venison, cranachan, etc  served by our chef  ( would you fancy meeting him on a dark night).
Bar staff were kept busy and as usual the bar staff were on the ball.
