Short and sweet, long day

Usual early rise, 4.a.m., and on the way out had a lovely sunrise over East Lothian and the Bass Rock, although the photo does not do it justice.
Quick run to Glasgow and met with the bold Fraser, before having a very clear run south to Runcorn. For once Jill had been caught out and not seen the blog, but as there had been a big fire in an adjoining block the whole place was very busy.
Dick Turpin's sisters, Christine and Sue were in great form, so I headed off with my cuppa and bacon and egg buttie for another quick run up the M6. Passed a couple of Police cars and saw an unmarked Volvo with a capture !!
Weather was not too clever down south but for one Glasgow and Edinburgh had a lovely day.
Looks the Scottish Premier League is going right to the wire on Saturday, Rangers draw last night with Hibs, puts Celtic back in the lead with a 2 goal difference, all nail biting stuff for the fans.
Needing my bed - back into the Mercat, a.m.
