whilst I while away my day, her in bed, waiting to see what will happen next, life at the Dolphin Inn and Mercat Bar goes on without me. Bearing in mind that I firmly believe that there is no such thing as being indispensable - life will go on - try putting your hand in a pail of water and see what happens when you pull it out !!
So here we have young Gary, one of our chefs at the Dolphin Inn, who has deservedly been given the Employee of the Month Award. Well done that man.
