A few more miles to go - once again.

Once again , the same old story , wide awake half the night and for no reason, other than that I must have been really bad when i was young!!!

All set to get on the road to Glasgow and Runcorn - meeting young Jill in Glasgow, and she is not "a morning person" I agreed to go through a wee bit later - so hopefully I will not have any problems en route and get home early via Moffat for a change.

Talking of Glasgow, I was sad enough to watch the replay of the "X Factor" last night , and what a poor presentation Glasgow had from ITV, they had a stadium full of hopefuls, managed to get a good showing from one of last years losers - but spent more time showing a silly woman and her supposedly singing dog , "Jazz" - dashed nonsense. One act successful - yet London and the English cities produce act after act and we see little of the good ones.

The judges must have a really good excuse for subjecting themselves to this grief day in and day out - probably called money and publicity.

Must dash - the white van men await my presence.
