P.M. Friday, and the second day of the course seems to have gone reasonably well - not sure whose head in buzzing the worst !! Patricia, Andy , Yinka and Craig, participated really well - we had a good time and there was masses of information being passed round the table.Craig now off on the train , feeling awful with the onset of a cold / flue , so he may well take on the old Hot Toddy remedy as suggested.
Breakfast this morning was a bit of a crush as the hotel was full to the rafters and there were queues trying to get fed - at least with food moving quickly and trays being replenished the bacon was a bit better.
Nice lunch , salmon again - my choice, so it is off to join the commuting masses and head for the Underground , the DLR and then the big silver bird northwards.
