Long windy night, but the tele was good.

Been a long couple of days due to these sleepless nights, last night as the same, with me descending to the chair at 1 30 a,m and having a good sleep till about 4 a,m, when, wide awake I caught up with some car rallies and moto cross on the TV. Long time since I did that, years ago there used to be regular scrambling on the "real TV" every weekend - good fun. It was blowing a gale most of the night with some associated damage.

Mentioned the dramatic search for Easter Eggs which took place at the weekend led by Granpa Willie - Hannah and Rebecca did dress for the occasion, but James seems to have been eaten by the easter bunnie as he is still missing

Still coughing but ended up doing a few outstanding chores about the house and even did a temporary fix on the fence which suffered in the strong winds. Back to the Mercat Bar in the morning, then off to Runcorn on Thursday morning, via Glasgow, probably both ways.

Another mining disaster, this time in the USA, an explosion which is the biggest in the Sates for years.

The moving earth experience is still ongoing in Mexico, well over a hundred aftershocks so far today, so add that to the last couple of days !!!

I note that there was a big robbery from a security depot in Broxburn on Friday night - £200,000 plus stolen. Strangely, the intruders knew the pass codes and had keys - now which member of staff claims to have won the lottery ?? But Mrs. B. and her team at work had four numbers on Saturday - not quite enough for a World Cruise. I actually visited this Depot about six years ago, not sure who ran it then, but they had the most £1 coins I have ever seen.

Did a check on my "tracker" today and hidden in the information was a check on Twitter carried out by someone in Edinburgh City Council, obviously having a look to see what members of the public were writing about the Council - some items were kind of blunt and to the point. No wonder the Chief Exec and Head of Corporate services are planning of retiring with their fat golden handshakes once they stop their Ostrich impressions and get their heads out the sand!!

Wonder what they would say if I were give chapter and verse on the debacle which we have been involved in for the past five years - cover up after cover up, last man out frees all, and still no one with the guts or common sense to communicate sensible and get matter resolved
