Well , it was a long lie this morning for, and the red wine treatment seemed to have worked a bit as my back was much easier. However, all being well I will get a massage by the physio, Sabrena , tonight - that is if I have time, because Graham (birthday Boy) keeps changing his plans at the last minute. Having made an appointment with the physio for 7 p.m. - we then learn that he wants us to meet him in town at 7 p.m. - not possible, even with a Quantum Leap and time travel. So we are currently sitting waiting to see if I can get an earlier appointment, and then rush into Edinburgh.
Pottered about the house trying to do several jobs at the one time and wait on people returning my phone calls, but eventually gave up and headed out round Penicuik to the plumbers and builders merchants , etc. and even managed a twenty minute strict session in the swimming pool.
So, not a very exciting day so far, will need to wait and see what happens now.
