France Sunday p.m.

Today, up at a reasonable hour, fresh bread and croissants for breakfasr, then we went to the market, the town was jam packed as L,isle Sur la Sorgue is now one of the principal antique centres of Europe , you can buy literally anything. But the Sunday market is incredible, the scents, flavours, colours, etc, are amazing as you wander around fresh fruits, meats, herbs, flowers everything fresh and in abundance; truely the Provence de France.
Ann and I had coffee then wine and cheese on our travels. Then back to the house to meet up with the family, aperitiffes, superb jambon, then a BBQ, wines, ice cream, fruit direct from the trees, truly marvellous;

Tried to sleep by the pool but Lucy was desperate to get me and her father Jean pierre into the water which was ever so chilly , bloody cold in fact, but a good day was had by all.
Out visiting so now perhaps a quieter wander round the town, then Monday off to the hotel in Avignon to await the rest of the hooligans arriving from Edinburgh.
