Well fed

We have just had our tea, fish from the firm who supply the Mercat which is big and tastes wonderful - a tasy treat.

The rains have stopped, but as that bible song goes, the rains came down and the floods came up - so somewhere , someone will have wet feet, until the snow comes back again.

Today's party piece by a local eejit, and not to be repeated, take a kettle full of water, drop in an aerosol canister, put on the lid held in place with a milk bottle and then switch it on and walk away and listen for the bang!!!!

Unfortunately, two poor innocents walked in as the kettle exploded and were cut and slightly burnt.

Sparky arrived with stuff I had left in his car and to brighten up Mr's B's day and see her before he heads north for a couple of days.

Quiet night now - I hope, but missing out on my visits, tonight should have been Dalkeith.
