Had a peek outside and traffic is starting to move, but for most of the night there was that ominous silence which meant that nothing was moving. Around 3 30 a.m. there were sounds and since then the snow plough has been through, leaving a black top and with a +3 c things are melting - which will in turn lead to flooding.
There is more chaos than usual as those who were caught out last night have just dumped their cars leaving a single track where normally three vehicles would be passing .
However, we are up, and heading for the airport shortly - it appears to be fine in that part of the City. just a case of getting there.
E mail from the Phil the Redneck of OZ, reporting on the progress of the two upside down boys, Robbie and Scott. Looks like Scott will be back here very soon, as soon as he has been to his brother's 21st - so our peace will once again be disturbed.
Time to make a move, I have cars to swop over this morning so they can get serviced, and with this cold and cough could have another day typing.
