The big question is why? - why wake up in the middle of the night, alert and ready to go - Lord only knows.
When we were away I met Suzy from west Lothian who suffers the same problem , but obviously much younger. She had just finished an assessment at the Edinburgh Sleep Centre and was waiting to see what the results were.
So, it is still dark this morning , overcast but just about dry at the moment - good job as I am planning on using the mighty steed of steel today, could have had a lift in , but it would have taken me ages to get home this afternoon.
Have just about recovered from Saturday night, and from Grant and Co the message is just about the same.
Just put my boots on , which were out in the garage. One was full of peanuts which the squirrels have obviously pinched from the bags of bird feed and stored them there. Will need to check out the rest and see what other surprises there are.
