Long way to catch up - Now Sunday

Managed to lose yet another day with having to do some work in the Mercat on Saturday and then home for the wedding reception of Shelly and Douglas , now Mr and Mrs Mackenzie.
The wedding was held in the Black Barony Hotel ( now one of the De Vere Group) at Eddleston - out on th lawn in a lovely setting, follopwed by the meal and Reception.
Mrs. B. and I were given a lift down to the "doo" by My neighbour ( Pat's) son so that we could get the coach home.
The hotel has recently been totally refurbished and is lovely. The newly married couple Bob and Shelly had a super day accompanied by their respective families, and were all staying there overnight before heading off to the USA on Monday morning. Ashley , the globetrotting sister of Shelly was still here !! so we managed to get them in print - while we can. Picture of Mike - proud father has disappeared in the mantime.
I ended up in the company of an old friend , Rab ( Bald Eagle) Robertson and his wife , who I have known for 20 + years through the security industry but with one thing and another have not seen him for about two years or so.
Band were excellent so there were a few tired souls at the end of the evening and even more with "beeling" feet
