Monday - I think !!!!!!!

Back to the insomnia again - so up and off on the steed of steel to the pub to do a "bit more painting" - and so it began , one job after another.
Got into a panic when no staff as per the rota appeared, thenSir Christopher arrived, big change of plans but no word left -in the meantime I was falling out with folks and getting nothing done fast. BUT eventaully it all righted itself - I got on , and they all were kept busy.
Downstairs now taking shape, electrician was in , tiling on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, carpets on Thursday night, and in the meantime - it looks like Graham will be like Edinburgh City Council - just as I finish the walls ( roads) someone will come along and wraggle ( dig) them up - so I will have to reinstate it all by the weekend again.
Eventually made it home by 5 p.m. , via Scott Cappolla and Costco - good job the panniers on the bike are big enough.
Despite the haze in Edinburgh the weather was nice in Penicuik - so we managed another few hours out in the garden.
