Well this is a short story about a trip to Bonnyrigg. As I have said previously I am an animal lover and have even gone so far as to give someone a thumping for beating a dog. Many years ago while on duty and on a foot patrol in Loanhead I heard a dog squealing and saw a bloke surrounded by people who were doing nothing beating a dog with a stick. I stepped in and gave him a good thumping, however, despite the presence of many- there were no witnesses !!
Anyway, on the way to Bonnyrigg this afternoon I saw these wee chappies - 1st two were a bit wary about me watching them; their pal, the black boy he was kind of aloof; so they headed off to the bar; where Ma (despite being a scruffy sort) did the business .
