I will do the photos first in case I run out of time.
For once I manged to get Claire and Jamie in the kitchen , working inharmony, and very hard, having just finished a busy lunch time and then were in the middle of seving up a meal for twenty two chappies from the Licensed trade having their annual x-mas gentlemans lunch .Out front were the four young ladies, Lorraine, Iona, and our two new starts. Caught leaving was Richard @ DVD who has just come back from working in Dublin and is helping us out . He was up at the Standing Order for a long time before he went "abroad".
Anyway - as expected , have run out of time and am now away to collect Sparky Mark and head off to the Esk 42 RA at Dalkeith.
