Seafood restaurant or what

This was to be a good night out within the complex. \The hotel has three theme restaurants which you need to book early for as places are limited.

However, tonight we were off to the seafood restaurant, due there for a table at 8.30 p.m.
On arrival there was no one to meet us so we sat , with others waiting till i eventaullwent in and asked what was happening - only to be told to go outside and wait.

We did this and after a while a lady appeared wo was checking off names etc to let us in, and also folks for the steak house next door.
Once in and seated we wated faor a while before bread and waer appeared !! then a further wait for wine and someone to take our order. I asked for mussels as the main course but ther were none, so , i ended up being recommended a steak of all things.

Starter arrived very quickly , with me getting two prawns as part of the prawn salad, and then a lovely seak.

our head waiter was extremely apologetic, tried his very best to compendate for the shortcoming of the receining staff - but in reality they had spoiled our evening and made his life difficult.
Based on our own experiences, had this happened in Edinburgh with no captive audience we would have lost customers.

our man was "tres gentille"and we are going abck on friday to try again.
