Just ever so delicate this morning.

Sunday was a bit hectic once I got on the move.

11 a.m. Had committee meeting for the O.S.M. at Gorebridge so it was a quick scoot over the back road from Penicuik, via Temple, lots of fishermen out on the reservoirs.

1.30 p.m. back to get changed and took Ann and Mark (Captain Calamity) into town to the BBQ at The Courtyard. Mark is so laid back that if they ever ban "vertical" drinking it will not be a problem for him.

The BBQ, well, over one hundred folk appeared to support the event organised by the East of Scotland Licensed Trade Assoc. Chefs had a good selection on the grill. The singer was great, everyone was singing along as he belted out Elvis, Queen, and lots of Golden Oldies.

I think that nearly everyone had a good time, I took lots of photos, many of the sneaky ones when folks were not paying attention so there will be a few unusual pics for SLTA folks to choose from for their magazine.
Good to see Eduardo and Vanessa, Sandra and Gordon; Lilian and Kenny (on the mend again) and many more of Graham's friends. ( Chris, Ailsa, Rob, Caitlin, Squirrel; Mikey, Graham, Brenda, Tam, Elizabeth , Catherine and the wonderful Mary Moriaty.

Mark was dragged off by Jamie Lloyd and two young ladies to see "Razorlight" at Meadowbank, he had no idea who or what they were, but neither did I. He is currently M.I.A.

Andy F. (a poor, sad, Dunfermline supporter) had better keep a low profile !!!

Big thank you to Tam and Catherine for driving Ann and me home, it is a serious detour going from Edinburgh to Musselburgh via Penicuik. Looking forward to seeing Tam's handiwork when he gets my Web site up and running . "StuartBlaikie.com"
