Manic Morning

Things are mad around here so it is a case of a few notes and then I will work on them later if needed.

1. Great news from Catlin, she has got her job as a specialist care nurse, means Robbie will have to go home on the prison ship alone.

2. Moira Purves called to say that Stuart and Louise are parents again, new baby yesterday, jack at 8lb 13 oz, new brother for Adam. Well done.

3. Tam forgot to hand the camera into the Mercat, must get it before the weekend.

4. Sad news from Irish Christine last night, Bernie Ketchin died last week having just been allowed home from hospital. Our thoughts are with Marina, Jools, tommy and the family.

5. Danny called to wish William a happy 60th next week, says that "old bricklayers always get laid".

6. Peter Wilson, Chief Constable of Fife, says school buses are no better than travelling gang huts and plans to put officers on to control pupils. What a good idea!!! I used to do that every dayshift in Penicuik, and Loanhead - about 25 years ago.

7. Must hit the trail, hopefully to go to Duns to get m/cycle serviced.
