Venting frustrations

Late at night, and from what I can see only Jeremy and Tam have shown any interest so I can say what I like.

On the 22 nd I will have been married for 37 years to Ann, who I love and have loved very dearly, despite all our ups and downs.
For the past four years we have had problems brought about by her managers at Edinburgh Council, culminating two years ago with her suspension based on false allegations by a clerical assistant (who can be proven to be both a liar and manipulative) so much so that she took her own manager to the cleaners, the other, a more senior Manager just became the aggressor rather than pick up the phone and apologise for a mistake she had made. However, end result is that my wife has been subjected to extreme pressures which have seriously affected her health both mentally and physically, totally destroyed her confidence and have had a major effect on our financial well being. There had to be be a certain degree of collusion on the part of three managers who have been long time friends and progressed up the ladder in tandem over the years. A "hammer was used to crack a nut", where simple common sense and a couple of phone calls would have resolved the situation.
The council's policy on whistle blowing is a sham, managers are lying and smoke screening to cover their own mistakes and inadequacies, and I am supposed to sit back and smile while our lives are being destroyed and the so called due process takes place.
Just what is fair about that?
